Does your buildings flat roof leak?

Have you received expensive replacement estimates?

Your roof is the most important component to your largest investment. Take for example if you have a Built-up Tar and Gravel roof system. It is extremely hard to pinpoint where water is entering your building on those types of systems. Once you find the leak, the repair is usually just temporary. What if you had a less expensive solution to your roof problem? Have you ever considered a spray foam with silicone roofing system?

There are many benefits to this type of system –
• No Tear Off
• Quick Application
• No Leaks
• Less Expensive vs Full Tear Off
• Fully Tax Deductible this year (This is considered a repair) Confirm with your CPA
• Insulating R-Value qualities above deck
• White Reflective cool roof solutions
• Energy Savings
• Strong warranties
• Water tight solution

The roofing system is known as SPF (Spray Polyurethane Foam). This system is comprised of foam insulation protected by a water-shedding coating. On flat roof systems a high solid silicone coating is recommended. SPF for roofing is at least 90% closed-cell foam and is water-resistant. R-Value: 6.0 per inch. A high pressure spray gun combines part A & B (A: Isocyanate & B: Polyols resin) with a 1:1 ratio at 1,000-1,300 psi. After spraying foam expands 20-30 times original volume. Cure time is up to two hours. Once foam is cured. Most often times on flat roof systems a silicone coating is applied in two layers. A base coat and top coat. The amount of MILS is determined by each manufacturer specs and length of desired warranty.
