Roof Assurance Program (RAP) – for proactive property protection.

With Reclaim’s Roof Assurance Program, you can rest easy knowing we will cover all your roof issues with proactive, sustainable solutions. With RAP, you can depend on faster response times, discounted labor and materials, and a truly trusted partner. We’ll be there before you need us!

- Roof Tune-Up – Remove debris, leaves and vegetation from gutters, scuppers, and drains.
- Commercial Roof Inspection – Includes extensive roof health summary, roof survey, photo report, deficiencies, emergency repairs needed, and Roof Grade.
- Safeguarding and Record Keeping – Timestamp, bookmarking the roof’s condition in case of a future loss. Reclaim internally files the reports. In addition, we store records of all repairs/invoices and aerial measurements.
- One Point of Contact 24/7 – Each RAP Client will have a live person to speak with 24/7 in case of an emergency or general question.
- Storm Tracking – Each property will be monitored 24/7. If an event happens at the property’s location, our team will notify you of the event and be onsite within 24 hours to inspect the property for any potential damage.
- Emergency Response – In the case of an emergency, Reclaim will respond with a service team and boots on the ground within 12 hours and no later than 24 hours to mitigate the loss.
- Bi-Annual Roof Inspection – Includes roof health summary, photo report, deficiencies and identifying emergency repairs.
- Repairs – All roof repairs will include a 20% discount for RAP Clients along with before/after photos of all repairs. There will be a NTE (Not to Exceed) $750.00 without pre-approval.
- Construction Management Fee – 3% of any money received from a future insurance loss issued to the ownership/asset manager at the completion of the project, less applicable taxes and permit fees.
- Access to Reclaim’s Team – Reclaim has strong, trusted relations with referring partners we’ve worked with for years. This includes Public Adjusters, Attorneys, Engineers, Commercial HVAC Experts, Manufacturers, Commercial Property Insurance Agents and Brokers. If you have questions, we have answers.

STUDENT HOUSING
Forum at Denton Station
In February 2021, Texas residents faced below freezing temperatures, rolling blackouts, and severe property damage. Thousands of homes were flooded, including student apartment homes like at the high-end Forum at Denton Station.
Hamilton County Hospital
A significant storm, with golf ball sized hail, damaged 94,000 SF of the hospital’s buildings. Reclaim was hired to assess the damage, scope the loss, and replace all damaged items. The insurance carrier and their building consultants DENIED the hospital’s roof, wellness center and (2) 60ton HVAC package units.
Marlin Falls Hospital
YMCA San Angelo
In May 2020, San Angelo, Texas was the center of a 4-5” hailstorm that damaged everything in its path. The damage to the YMCA was so severe that the hail broke through the PVC roofing membrane and the insulation board beneath. As a result, the entire interior of the building was flooded due to no protection from the roofing system. This was a catastrophic loss to the building and the community.
