24/7 Emergency Response

Your Plant Doesn't Stop. Neither Do We.

Reclaim Construction repairs roofs and exteriors on industrial facilities while operations keep running. FM Global and ANSI-compliant, scheduled around your shifts, executed without disrupting the floor.

Most Roofing Contractors Want You to Shut Down. We Don't.

Every hour of unplanned downtime in a manufacturing or processing plant costs real money. Lost throughput, missed orders, idle labor, contractual penalties. So when a roof leaks over a production line or a wall panel fails after a storm, the last thing a facility director wants to hear is, “We’ll need to shut you down for a week.”

That’s why industrial clients call us.

We specialize in roofing and exterior repair for plants and factories that cannot stop running. Our crews work in coordinated phases around your operating schedule, set up containment that protects production below, and stage work so your floor stays open, your equipment stays clean, and your output stays on track.

If your facility runs 24/7, we plan around it. If you have a single shift, we work the other 16 hours. If you have a planned maintenance window, we hit it on the dot.

Why Facility Directors Choose Reclaim

We Work Around Your Operations, Not the Other Way Around

Before a single crew shows up, we sit down with your plant manager and walk through:

Then we build a phasing plan that fits your operation. Night work, weekend work, sectional phasing, weather contingencies — whatever the job needs to keep you running.

FM Global and ANSI Compliance, Built In

If your facility is insured by FM Global, you already know the standards aren’t optional. Roof assemblies have to be FM Approved. Wind uplift ratings have to be documented. Materials have to come from RoofNav.

Our project managers specify FM 4470-listed assemblies, pull the right ratings for your wind zone and hail exposure, and document the install so your carrier signs off without friction. We also align with ANSI/ASSP construction safety standards (A10 series, Z359 fall protection) and OSHA 1926 — the same standards your safety team is already auditing against.

For non-FM-insured facilities, we still build to the same playbook. It’s the right way to build a roof that lasts.

Containment That Actually Contains

Production keeps running because we set up real interior protection — FM-approved suspended barriers when the job calls for them, full dust and debris containment, controlled access points. No loose plastic sheeting, no shortcuts that risk a sprinkler interference issue or a contamination event.

One Point of Contact, Start to Finish

You get a project manager, not a phone tree. They build the schedule with you, run the crew, handle the documentation, and walk the final inspection. If something changes — weather, a shift swap, a surprise on the roof — you hear about it from one person who knows the job.

What a Project Looks Like

1. Site assessment

A project manager walks the roof and exterior, documents conditions with drone imagery and moisture surveys where needed, and meets with your team to understand operations.

2. Scope and proposal

Detailed scope, FM-compliant assembly specs, schedule built around your shifts, and a fixed proposal – no vague allowances.

3. Pre-construction meeting

We align with your safety, maintenance, and operations leads. Permits pulled, hot work plans submitted, contractor pre-qualifications cleared.

4. Phased execution

Crews work the phases agreed to in pre-con. Daily reports, photo documentation, and PM check-ins.

5. Closeout

FM Approval documentation, warranty paperwork, as-builts, and a final walk-through with your team.
