JASON L. HYLAND

A fourth-generation contractor with a 25-year career as an entrepreneur, Jason is known for his tenacity, perseverance, honesty, and fairness. Jason brings an outstanding level of passion with a touch of Southern hospitality.
He pursued a number of interests, including being a pioneer in the merchant account processing industry, online marketplace businesses, a media company specializing in tradeshow development and magazine production, investing in a 120-acre ornamental shade tree farm, real estate, and commercial construction. Building profitable enterprises is a natural process for Jason.
Jason’s leadership and experience has enabled Reclaim Construction to double revenue year after year. While overseeing the company’s day to day operations, accounting department, employee management and complex projects, the company has been able to absorb market share throughout Texas. In 2022, Reclaim made the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
Jason holds a commercial roofing license through the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas.
After selling his previous portfolio to a Fortune 500 company, Jason and his family made the move to Texas. He enjoys fishing, flying, and spending time with his two children.
ADAM B. CAVRELL

As a co-founder of Reclaim Construction, Adam brings over 15 years of experience to the commercial roofing industry. As a visionary leader, Adam sets objectives and manages Reclaim Construction’s Production Team, Commercial Sales Team, and Service Department. Adam uses his extensive industry knowledge and experience to streamline the fragmented “large loss” claim process – expediting both claim administration and project execution to enhance Reclaim’s thriving commercial business. Adam takes tremendous pride in ensuring that his team consistently provides outstanding customer service as well as the highest quality standards and workmanship.
Reclaim Construction’s Production Team has been honored with the Elite Contractor Award for 2020 and 2021. Named by Duro-Last CEO as the “Best of the Best,” Reclaim Construction is listed in the top 12% of national contractors.
Adam’s ability to forge strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors, while providing creative and thoughtful client solutions, ensures the continued trajectory of Reclaim Construction’s business and growth plans.
Adam is a graduate of Arizona State University. In addition, he holds a HAAG certified commercial roofing inspector’s license. Adam loves spending time with his wife, Cassandra, and their son. Together, they enjoy spending time with family, hiking, landscaping, gardening, and when time allows, he looks forward to a good round of golf.

Duro-Last
The custom-fabricated, single-ply PVC Duro-Last commercial roofing system is ideal for any flat or low-sloped application. Extremely durable and easily installed by authorized Duro-Last contractors without disrupting building operations, the Duro-Last Roofing System is also watertight, highly reflective, resistant to chemicals, fire and high winds, as well as low maintenance.

HAAG Certified Commercial Inspector
The HAAG Certified Inspector-Commercial Roofs course covers damage assessment of flat roofing systems more commonly found on commercial buildings. Some roofing products covered in the commercial class are: built-up, mod-bit, TPO, PVC, EPDM, SPF, metal roofs, and vegetated roof systems. The HAAG Certified Inspector-Residential Roofs course covers damage assessment of sloped roofs more commonly found on residential houses and buildings. The roofing products discussed in the Residential class are composition, wood, tile, metal, slate, and fiber cement/synthetics. The HAAG Certified Inspector-Wind Damage course covers wind damage to entire building envelopes rather than focusing specifically on roofs.
